工作內容:
1. Identify market trend and define new product offering and SPEC in alignment with company strategy.
2. NPI (New Product Introduction) process management and implementation.
3. Provide training of products’ value proposition to the sales team globally.
4. Make presentation frequently to groups of management or customers.
5. Price positioning alignment, execution and monitoring across all geographies.
6. Need to work in a process driven organization with certain documenting work.
7. Manage resolution of product or offer’s issues technically and commercially.
8. Participate in industrial seminars or workshops to promote Delta’s products.
9. Work with global marketing teams to execute promotion through related marketing events
10. Conduct competitive analysis and propose encountering strategies to keep competitiveness.
11. Monitor market price trend and timely capture cost variation of products.
12. Provide strategic inputs for annual sales budget and strategy planning.
