Our team aims to develop and deploy solutions to help customer save water, minimize waste, reduce carbon footprint, and total operational cost, utilizing technical platforms comprised of chemistry, digital, equipment and automation.
The candidate’s main responsibilities are:
(1) Lead or collaborate in new technology development and deployment in water treatment or ESG related field:
• Provide technical insights in resolving technical hurdles; develop technical solutions for customers
• Conduct laboratory work and customer field trials
• Analyze the test data, summarize and report-out the results and conclusions in a clear and concise manner
• Develop the application guidance, best practice and provide technical training.
(2) Interact with customer and identify customer needs to gain 1st hand insights for innovation ideation for multi-year innovation roadmap
(3) Develop potential 3rd party collaboration in technology development or assessment
(4) Build close collaboration with both regional and global counterparts, as well as with the sales, marketing and ITC teams.
(5) Provide advanced technical support to sales and customer which includes but not limited to, technical training, trouble-shooting, technical exchange, etc.
(6) Maintain lab safety and lab instruments
