5. Facilitate process improvement initiatives across the company.
6. Direct and drive new continue improvements to achieve team productivity and project performance goals.
7. Direct the utilization of the company KPI to effectively track, monitor, and implement required improvement activities related to business plan, goals, issues, etc.
8. Ability to interpret financial and performance data.

1.over 3 years CEO Working experience of the listed company in Taiwan
