04) 員工資料管理:準確維護人事資料,並更新人力資源系統以處理入職、離職及員工調動事宜。

11) 年度人事費用預算編列與人事成本分析。

12) 其他指派工作:支援主管指派的其他人力資源相關工作,提供跨模組或專案的彈性協助。
