1) 具台灣勞動法令之專業外部訓練,能精準依法執行相關人資作業
Received professional external training on Taiwan labor laws, capable of accurately executing HR operations in compliance with legal requirements.
2) 具備上市櫃公司薪委會之人資職能相關作業之執行經驗
Experience in executing HR-related tasks for Compensation Committees in listed companies.
3) 具備上市櫃公司之薪工循環、人資管理制度、工作規則、作業SOP等修訂經驗
Experience in reviewing and updating payroll cycles, HR management systems, work rules, and operational SOPs in listed companies.
4) 定期檢視制度與勞動法令之符合性,並有效率執行法規更新與內部宣導
Regularly review HR policies and procedures for compliance with labor laws, efficiently implementing regulatory updates and internal communication.
5) 具備人資流程內控與文件管理機制,協助內外部稽核應對
Implement HR process internal controls and document management systems to support internal and external audits.
6) 建構職等職級體系及與績效管理制度建構,確保制度落地與公平性
Develop job grading and leveling systems, and integrate with performance management to ensure fair and effective implementation.
7) 人資相關行政庶務作業
Handle general HR administrative tasks.
8) 其他主管交辦事項
Other HR-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
