1. Making quotation
2. Customer inquiry related checking, such as stock availability, lead time, extra charges…etc
3. Order-taking and supply arrangement follow up
4. Invoicing follow up
Administration related:
- Routing office administrative affaires follow up such as office stationeries replenishment and office apparatus maintenance ordering, office related expenses application…..etc
- Internal & external finance & accounting related affairs. Mainly in corporation with GBS (Group Business Support) team to, 1. generate reports, 2. support external Accounting Firm’s auditing activity, 3. Administrative works with banks, 4. Other company administrative works related to local government officials (Customs, IRS, Ministry of Labor, National Health Insurance Bureau….)
