主要責任/工作內容:
Managing Front Desk/Lobby Operations :
•handling mail and parcel receipt, distribution, and dispatch
•greeting and assisting visitors
•preparing meeting rooms and ensuring refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.)
Routine Administrative Tasks :
•Assist in the preparation and coordination of departmental / CDTT meeting or events : meeting room preparation and ensuring refreshments (tea, coffee, beverages, meal boxes etc.), event photo taking
•Maintain and update administrative files and records systematically
•Manage and order office/lab supplies
•BSR support : submit ticket to GSM sharepoint for vendor quote review, PR submission in SAP system, maintain PR summary list and track vendor payment request process
•Be flexible to assist with a variety of administrative tasks
Facility operation/EHS Support :
•Escort vendors/building officer on office/lab facilities regular maintenance & waste clean-up work
•Co-work with Office Manager/TC Security Team to update badge access record
•Update EHS environmental scorecard record

•大學學歷
•良好溝通與人際互動能力
【具備下面基本知識或技能】
熟悉電腦Office軟體
英文基本溝通能力
【薪資】
月薪$40,000~$46,000 (依學經歷核薪)
