Workday Implementation: Lead and support the configuration, testing, and deployment of the Workday HCM system, including core HR, benefits, payroll, time tracking, and talent management modules. 2. System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT) to integrate Workday with other internal systems and external vendors (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms). 3. Proven experience (3+ years) working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms in an engineering or implementation role. a. Hands-on experience in the end-to-end implementation of Workday or other HCM systems. b. Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee data management. c. Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware). 2.
