Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the development of mission-critical software solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to manage the product lifecycle and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has experience working with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and delivering scalable, customer-focused software solutions in fast-paced industries like IT, cloud services, or software development. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products with a meaningful impact, collaborating closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to ensure the success and continuous improvement of our products.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and own products by defining the product vision and strategy, developing roadmaps, and taking ownership of products from ideation to delivery and beyond.
2. Manage the product lifecycle by leading all stages of the product lifecycle, including research, design, prototyping, development, testing, promotion, and user support.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally by partnering with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to align product features with business goals and ensure smooth execution.
4. Track performance using KPIs and analytics tools to monitor product performance, deeply understand user needs, and prioritize improvements or future developments.
5. Communicate with stakeholders to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key users, to communicate product vision, seek feedback, and ensure alignment.
6. (Optional) Design for scalability to ensure products are designed for scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with modern backend and cloud-native architectures.
