Execute the action plans and follow up closely with third parties (eg, CPA, financial institutions, legal counsel and trust companies) to ensure the goals are achieved. Duties include but not limited to
•Provide administrative support and coordinate with
-banks on bank account opening and account maintenance for clients;
-fund houses on fund subscription, KYC review, and redemption for clients;
-professionals (e.g., lawyer and Accountant) on matters related to US/HK/SG tax filing and obtaining advice or opinion for clients;
-trust companies on trust set up, restructuring, and any related to the trust to clients;
-international corporate agents on matters related to company set up and upkeep of corporate matters;
-insurance brokers to provide administrative support to clients;
-with third parties on matters related to Singapore Family Office set up;
•Assist in applying for Singapore 13O and 13U tax incentive schemes for clients by working with various third parties
•Gather and maintain client’s KYC documents to make sure the information is up to date
•Respond to client’s enquiries in time, communicate with different parties to provide resolutions to client’s requests or queries
•Review and discuss Private Placement Memorandum and Subscription Agreement internally with various department together with external attorney and fund administrator for matters related to Fund set up in Singapore or Cayman
