●Marketing Strategy & Execution (30%)
Good sense in marketing analysis.
Work closely with regional team, supply chain, local vendors to have product marketing plan.
360-degree product launch plan and execution.
To manage VM, decorative display and visibility material of sales and EC team.
Support marketing manager for all kinds of marketing activations based on business plans.
●New product Development & Pricing (40%)
Work closely with regional RD and NPD team to plan new product and launch timeline management.
Work with design team for product packages including outer box, header sticker, promotional package and samples.
New product training with BA team.
Pricing strategy to compete competitors and meet company GM% policy.
Continuously monitor product sales and SKU management.
●Trade marketing planning and execution (20%)
Closely cooperate with sales team to identify needs and opportunities from channels.
POSM planning and execution.
Unitize promotion mechanism to drive sales and assist e-commerce to design marketing materials.
●Sales analysis and monitoring (10%)
Monitor sales performance and take action plan to meet business goal.
