Facilitate and coordinate Value Engineering efforts with key stakeholders, promoting efficient decision-making and cost optimization. 6. Collaborate closely with project teams to swiftly address and resolve any material issues that may arise during project implementation. 7. Ensure accurate tracking and management of key project documents, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc., and liaise effectively with all relevant Client stakeholders, architectural and engineering personnel, and the General Contractor to facilitate timely review, approval, and closure.
