Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shuttle planning and driver scheduling
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Manage lunch system and order meals
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Support other departments with clerical duties as needed
