【Responsibility】
- Communicate with Product Company on the order placed and outstanding
- Close cooperation with Credit Analyst on customer orders and outstanding receivable balance
- Order, track, and report inventory and deliveries
- Check PO status and update to sales timely.
- Maintain data integrity in the ERP system
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
【Knowledge】
- Technically sound in computers and MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good reading and writing in English is basic and good English speaking is a plus
- Good experience and knowledge on foreign trade and customs duty
【Experience requirements】
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Specialist for 3 years and experience in order processing, handling, custom clearance procedures or related field
- Experience in using SAP system or other ERP system
【Personality requirements】
- Highly self-motivated and the ability to work effectively as part of a team effort or autonomously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and experience in developing professional working relationships with internal stakeholders from across the business & external stakeholders (customers, partners, suppliers)
【Educational requirements】
Bachelor degree in Logistic, International Trade, Supply Chain or Business management education preferred
