Job description:
1. Assist the Warranty Manager in daily operations and required support.
2. Handle warranty-related tasks, such as RAM demonstrations and related processes, etc.
3. Attend customer meetings to deliver timely technical and operational assistance.
4. Manage self-defense spare parts and customer consumables to ensure availability and compliance.
5. Provide on-site support to warranty service staff as needed.
6. Work Location: Taipei, with occasional business travel as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
3. Possession of safety and health-related certifications is highly preferred
4. Prior experience in the railway industry is an advantage.
5. Experience in technical fields related to warranty services is preferred.
6. Proficiency in either English or Japanese for effective communication is required. 具備英文或日文其中一種語言的溝通能力
