Job Responsibilities
• Act as liaison between key stakeholders as well as executer of strategic direction for clients and sales team to ensure the campaigns are managed effectively
• To effectively coordinate and manage your client‘s campaign through day-to-day liaison with all relevant parties, and through regular, formal review mechanism
• To ensure the MOs / BAs receive regular training and understand all guidelines / compliance to carry out the campaign effectively
• To be the first point of contact for the day to day running of the campaign for MOs, Senior Management and the Client
• To understand and effectively communicate all areas of the campaign
• To regularly review sales marketing and training materials with the sales team and clients Performance Management of staff.
• To set objectives for each team member and provide appropriate development plans
• To maximise the potential and profitability of your client campaigns through innovation and program enhancement
• Understanding of the legal and financial environment relevant to the organization to find a win-win solution for stakeholders
• To understand KPIs for the campaign and way of measurement
• Able to understand figures and interpret critical numbers to identify any gaps and campaign/industry trends
• To ensure there are SOPs / operational guidelines in all areas of the campaign
• To understand KPIs, gather knowledge and be up to date with industry trends and regulations
• To ensure compliance to regulatory bodies, guidelines and contractual obligations are met for both the Client, MO and BA
• To ensure Client satisfaction is achieved
• To actively participate in management level strategic planning sessions to identify and action campaign improvement opportunities for SalesWorks, the MO network and the Client.
• To support and build relationships with MOs to provide all necessary tools to effectively carry out Client campaign
• To be able to negotiate / communicate key business changes to both clients and MOs which align with the country and regional directive. Able to articulate business impact of these changes
• To regularly review and update competitors Analysis
• To support Peers and lead by example demonstrating the company’s core values
• Act as a local brand custodian for SalesWorks
• To assist in other departmental needs as advised by the Management team
