- 具議價 / 比價能力 , 確保產品採購價格。
- 開發新供應商 確保品質 與價格優勢。
- 安排訂單發貨。
- 協調供應商 -處理品質或是規格不符案件。
- 主管交辦事務或部門後勤支援。

Purchasing Officer
Your daily duties would include, but not be limited to:
1- Plan and create purchase orders and transfers based on demand and
forecasts to meet business sales needs
2- Create and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
3- Monitoring stock levels daily and ordering when necessary
4- Manage orders and deliveries from suppliers and receipt orders, transfers,
and shipments accurately
5- Performs comparison shopping and negotiations to secure lower prices
6- Create item codes in ERP system and maintain inventory profiles and data
integrity
7- Seek out high quality products and ensure quality on receipt
About You
As an integral part of the team, we would expect you to have:
1. Minimum of 2 years purchasing experience in a similar role
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Confidence to work efficiently under tight deadlines
4. Maintain a highly organised schedule – great attention to detail
5. Adept at looking for ways to cut back on company expenses
6. Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
7. Willingness to take on initiatives and be accountable for their actions
8. Strong computer and systems skills.
