工作內容概述
身為遊戲產品經理，你將與我們的合作夥伴密切合作以推動並維持遊戲產品的成效。你也會與亞太地區的跨部門團隊合作，制定遊戲產品時程表、預測和分析成效。這些遊戲產品主要面向但不限於台灣和東南亞遊戲市場。你會透過這份工作成長為亞太地區的遊戲產品專家。

工作職責
- 與遊戲產品負責人、跨部門團隊和外部合作夥伴協作，規劃、預測和分析遊戲產品成效
- 制定和修訂遊戲產品上市前後的時程表
- 能影響關鍵人物和決策層促進業務績效
- 分析用戶行為，評估用戶趨勢，並擬定報告
- 分析效能數據，確保具說服力的成果與發現
必要條件
- 具備學士學位或同等的實務經驗
- 3年遊戲產品經理經驗
- 精通韓語和中文（聽說讀寫）
加分條件
- 英語能力（聽說讀寫）
- 具MMORPG、RPG或策略型手遊產品經驗
- 擁有出色的數據理解與分析能力，以制定可行企劃
- 良好的內外部溝通技巧
- 能在快步調的環境中管理並評估問題

Product Manager, Games
About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product and working extensively with our partners to drive and sustain success of mobile games. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams across APAC to develop product roadmaps, forecasting and analyzing results. The products will be primarily focused but not limited to Taiwan and South East Asian gaming markets. You will grow to become a game product expert for popular gaming genres in APAC.

Responsibility
- Collaborate with product leads, cross-functional teams and external partners to plan, forecast and analyze results for the product.
- Develop and revise product roadmaps from pre to post-launch phase of mobile games
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and executives to drive positive business results
- Identify user behaviors, monitor user trends and develop reports to sustain longevity of the game
- Analyze performance data to identify compelling results and findings
- Become a subject matter expert for Taiwan and South East Asian gaming industries
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience as a product manager for games.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand Korean and Chinese with fluency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Experience in a product manager for MMORPG, RPG or strategy genre mobile games.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to compose actionable tasks.
- Great communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and evaluate issues in a fast-paced environment.
