Role Summary
• We are seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing operations for screws and fasteners. This role will own supplier relationships, manage sourcing projects, negotiate contracts, oversee quality and delivery, and support business growth.
You will work closely with our U.S. Senior Global Sourcing Manager and global teams to align strategies, ensure cost competitiveness, and strengthen PrimeSource’s supplier network outside of the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
• Supplier Development & Expansion – Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers across Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia, building long-term partnerships.
• Strategic Negotiation – Lead pricing, terms, and contract negotiations to deliver competitive costs and supply reliability.
• Quality & Delivery Oversight – Conduct supplier visits to audit production, monitor quality, and follow up on delivery performance.
• Sourcing Process Optimization – Standardize and improve procurement processes (RFx, evaluation, award) to increase efficiency and transparency.
• International Collaboration – Work daily with the U.S. sourcing team on strategy alignment, forecasting, and supplier reporting.
• Market Intelligence – Monitor steel, raw materials, and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies and decisions.
