As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be at the core of that effort—keeping production lines running smoothly and supporting our company‘s long-term growth.
Position Summary:
The Machine Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment within our food production facility. You will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as developing and executing a preventative maintenance plan. Your work will be critical to minimizing downtime and maintaining product quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery, systems, and facility equipment before and during production runs
• Perform emergency repairs and adjustments to minimize equipment downtime
• Carry out routine and scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure machinery runs efficiently
• Assist in mechanical and electrical repairs, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and PLCs
Preventative Maintenance
• Perform regular quality and safety checks to ensure equipment meets operational and food safety standards
• Maintain and update maintenance records through our ERP system
Inventory & Coordination
• Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory; order components and tools as needed
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and third-party service providers when outsourcing is required
Team Support
• Provide technical guidance and training to production team members on machine use and basic troubleshooting
• Participate in safety initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Support production with equipment setup and changeovers as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical and basic electrical systems
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to communicate in English
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of PLC systems, pneumatics, or food-grade machinery
• Prior experience using an ERP system for maintenance tracking

執行日常與定期的維護工作，確保設備高效運作
協助進行機械與電力設備的維修，包括馬達、輸送帶、幫浦與 PLC 控制系統
預防性維護
定期進行設備的品質與安全檢查，確保符合生產與食品安全標準
透過 ERP 系統維護並更新保養記錄
庫存管理與協調
監控並管理備品庫存，視需要訂購零件與工具
當需要外包服務時，負責協調與監督承包商及第三方維修服務供應商
團隊支援
為生產團隊提供機械操作與基本故障排除的技術指導與訓練
參與安全相關倡議，推動持續改善的工作文化
支援生產過程中的設備安裝與機台轉換作業
任職資格
必要條件：
至少一年以上設備維修相關工作經驗，具食品製造或生產環境經驗者佳
熟悉機械與基本電氣系統
能操作各類手工具、電動工具與診斷儀器
具基本英文溝通能力
良好的故障排除與問題解決能力
能在快節奏環境中獨立作業並主動完成任務
加分條件：
熟悉 PLC 控制系統、氣動元件或食品級機械者佳
有使用 ERP 系統進行維修記錄管理的經驗
