擔任 GLSoft 技術總監,負責與其他高階主管合作管理團隊及跨部門合作。直接管理約 10-15 名中階主管,間接管理約50名同仁。需具備專業能力以建立績效評估系統,並確保技術端提供客戶專業及高效的支援。
【主要職責】
1. 監督並指導使用多種技術的大型開發團隊
2. 建立及實施績效評估系統,以激勵團隊成員並確保工作質量
3. 與管理層緊密合作,理解公司的戰略方向,並將其轉化為技術舉措
4. 與 PM 和團隊領導合作,確保項目在預算內按時交付,同時滿足質量標準
5. 了解行業的最新趨勢和技術,並在適當的地方尋求融入,以確保競爭優勢
6. 促進開發團隊之間的合作,並確保軟體開發努力的協同效應
7. 推廣並實施最佳的編碼、軟體設計、測試、調試和文檔紀錄
【資格】
1. 擁有資訊工程或相關領域的學士學位或更高學歷
2. 擁有至少 5 年的技術管理職經驗
3. 具有多種軟體語言經驗,專注於 Java、Angular、react、Flutter和 .NET core 加分
4. 具有在敏捷/ scrum 開發流程中工作的經驗
5. 熟悉 Atlassian JIRA 項目管理平台
6. 願意學習 SAP Spartacus、SAP Hybris 和 ImpEx
7. 實際管理過大型開發人員團隊的經驗
8. 實際設計和實施有效績效評估系統的能力
9. 強大的領導力和組織能力
10. 優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力
11. 對項目管理原則的深入理解

【JOB DESCRIPTION】
We are looking for a highly capable Technical Director to guide and lead our team of developers at GLSoft. This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking and experienced leader with a solid technical background in a wide range of tech stacks to excel in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing around 15 team leaders for developing performance appraisal systems. Meanwhile, the candidate is expected to indirectly lead the 50 developers, and ensure our technical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】
1. Oversee and guide a large team of developers, utilizing a diverse set of technologies
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate performance appraisal systems that motivate team members and ensure high-quality work.
3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand the strategic direction of the company and translate this into technical initiatives.
4. Work with Project Managers and Team Leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
5. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry and seek to incorporate them where appropriate to ensure competitive advantage.
6. Facilitate collaboration among the development teams and ensure synergy in software development efforts.
7. Promote and enforce best practices in coding, software design, testing, debugging, and documentation.
【QUALIFICATION】
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a technical role.
3. Significant experience in a wide range of software language, preferably with a focus on Java, Angular, react, flutter and .NET core.
4. Experience working in agile/scrum development processes.
5. Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA project management platform.
6. Willingness to learn SAP Spartacus, SAP Hybris, and ImpEx.
7. Proven experience in managing a large team of developers.
8. Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective performance appraisal systems.
9. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Solid understanding of project management principles.
12. Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
