You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment, while playing a key role in technical decision-making and performance optimization. Full-stack Development: Own the complete development lifecycle from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. 2. AI/ML Integration: Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models and services into HR applications, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow. This may include features like intelligent recommendations, predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP) for HR data, or automation tools. 3. System Architecture Design: Participate in and lead the technical selection, architectural design, and optimization of HR application systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. 4. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and share best practices with junior developers within the team, fostering their growth and development. 5. Requirements Analysis & Solutioning: Collaborate closely with HR business partners and product managers to deeply understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and viable solutions. 6. API Design & Integration: Design and develop robust APIs, and integrate with internal or external systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems. 7. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, proactively optimize systems, and quickly respond to and resolve technical issues in production environments. 8. Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in system testing to ensure code quality and system stability. 9.
