The F&B Marketing & Promotion Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, and revenue of the hotel‘s food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities include planning and implementing promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, special events, and brand partnerships to attract guests and increase customer engagement. The role oversees digital marketing, social media content, advertising, public relations, and marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
The manager analyzes market trends, customer preferences, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and optimize results. Close collaboration with MARCOM, Digital Manrketing, F&B Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, and external agencies is essential to achieve business objectives.
The position also manages marketing budgets and supports the launch of new concepts, menus, and dining experiences while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
餐飲行銷暨推廣經理負責規劃與執行餐飲部門之行銷策略,以提升酒店餐飲品牌知名度、顧客參與度及營收表現。
主要職責包括策劃促銷活動、節慶專案、主題餐飲推廣及異業合作,吸引新客源並提升顧客忠誠度。負責數位行銷、社群媒體經營、廣告宣傳、公關活動及行銷素材管理,確保品牌形象一致且有效傳達。
透過市場趨勢、顧客需求及活動成效分析,提出創新行銷方案並持續優化成果。需與餐飲營運、市場行銷、數位行銷、業務開發、收益管理及外部合作夥伴密切協作,共同達成營運目標,並有效管理行銷預算,支持新菜單、新餐飲概念及品牌活動之推廣。
3. Assist with execution of F&B Department promotional events related activities.
協助餐飲部各項促銷活動相關內容的落實。
4. Assist with execution of press promotional activities.
協助促銷活動的宣傳推廣。
5. Liaises with the Communications department and assists to compile and maintain press kit information for media as appropriate.
負責聯絡市場傳訊部門,協助制訂並保持合適的媒體宣傳資料。
