- Provide secretarial, administrative and business support to MD.
- Manage MD‘s calendar, expense claim, filing, and travel arrangements.
- Responsible for internal, external and cross function communication, workflow and approval procedures.
- Prepare meeting materials, business reports, documents and presentation slides for MD.
- Coordinate internal and cross function meetings.
- Coordinate team activities and support major marketing events.
- Other tasks assigned by MD.
