Job Duties:
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; filing management; reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Undertake the office property management administration tasks such as communications with the landlord for office maintenance.
• Manage maintenance of suppliers, for example, printer support, telecom and office clean providers.
●Basic financial & accounting knowledge for budgeting & forecasting
Qualification :
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills, including excellent listening skills
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• High-level attention to detail, presentation layout and accuracy.
• Experience in providing an efficient and effective customer service.
• At least two-three years’ experience in a high-level secretarial and/or an administrative support position.
• Ability to cooperate with colleages.
