Responsibilities:
1. Product & Market Intelligence:
• Become an expert in Garmin golf products, closely monitoring technology advancements and market trends.
• Master all functions of the outdoor product and remain vigilant for potential opportunities or gaps between the product and its market.
2. Defining Market-Fit Unique Selling Points (USP)
• Work closely with product and engineering experts to fully understand product features.
• Define unique selling points to develop compelling product stories for communication purposes.
3. Training and Support:
• Provide high-quality training, sales kits, competitor analysis, and essential content to the Asia marketing and sales teams.
• Ensure key messages are communicated effectively to promote the product successfully.
4. New Product Launch Coordination:
• Manage schedules for new product launches and coordinate the preparation of required assets.
• Collaborate with the global team, marketing planners, and Marcom to execute launches effectively in Asia.
5. Internal and External Coordination:
• Act as a central coordinator bridging engineering, marketing, and sales internally, while also aligning with IMC teams, regional marketing and sales teams across Asian offices, and the US headquarters, ensuring consistent messaging, smooth information flow, and timely execution across all stakeholders.
Requirements :
• Enthusiasm for golf activities is a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities, with a willingness to openly discuss issues rather than leave them unresolved.
• A strong drive for results with proven leadership skills.
