1. Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offer letter preparation
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
3. Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws
4. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related topics such as benefits, payroll, and performance management
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files
6. Develop and implement employee engagement programs
7. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
8. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis
