•Work closely with client for accurate and timely payroll, labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances and tax (national taxes and regional taxes) related calculation
•Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure Client services and cases are monitored and delivered in and accurate, timely and professional manner.
•Maintain client relationship to improve client’s satisfaction
•Provide suggestions, counselling, and updates to Clients in areas of Labour Laws, payroll, labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances, Individual Income tax policy, HR processes etc. independently.
•Maintain internal services procedure manuals and business process documents
•Participates in testing and validation of services and system upgrading
•Assist Client Service Manager in reviewing and improving services processes and procedures
•Participates in Clients meeting to provide expert HR and Service advices.
•Be capable of offering mentoring to new CSR.
