Role Overview (English)
This role is responsible for managing brand-owned social media platforms and leading strategic content planning. The position requires the ability to independently plan and execute campaigns, leveraging creative content, interactive mechanisms, and data-driven insights to strengthen brand influence across digital media, enhance audience engagement, and drive tangible business conversions.
〈工作內容/Responsibilities〉
1. 主導品牌社群帳號經營(Facebook、Instagram、LINE),制定內容策略與互動方針,確保品牌一致性與影響力。
2. 規劃並執行年度與月度社群行事曆,結合品牌活動與熱門話題,提升社群聲量與參與度。
3. 撰寫並優化社群文案,制定發文節奏,確保內容具備創意、吸引力與話題性。
4. 監測並管理社群互動,包括留言回覆、即時議題回應及社群口碑維護。
5. 規劃並推動大型社群 UGC 活動或議題操作,提升曝光、粉絲互動與轉換。
6. 定期追蹤與分析社群數據,提出洞察與優化建議,持續提升內容與策略成效。
7. 與設計、公關及營運等部門合作,確保社群行銷策略與品牌整體方向高度一致並有效執行。
1. Lead brand social media account management (Facebook, Instagram, LINE), developing content strategies and engagement guidelines to ensure brand consistency and influence.
2. Plan and execute annual and monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns and trending topics to boost visibility and engagement.
3. Write and optimize copywriting, define posting cadence, and ensure content is creative, engaging, and trend-relevant.
4. Monitor and manage community engagement, including comment response, real-time interactions, and reputation management.
5. Plan and execute large-scale UGC campaigns or social activations to increase exposure, engagement, and conversions.
6. Regularly track and analyze social media data, providing insights and optimization strategies to continuously improve performance.
7. Collaborate with design, PR, and operations teams to ensure social media strategies are fully aligned with overall brand direction and effectively executed.
〈任職要求/Qualifications〉
1. 五年以上社群經營或數位行銷相關工作經驗,具餐飲、零售或 O2O 背景尤佳。
2. 熟悉主流社群平台操作與演算法,能獨立規劃並執行跨平台社群專案。
3. 具備優秀的文案能力與創意思維,能創造高互動、高轉換的內容。
4. 對品牌調性與視覺美感具敏銳度,能確保內容風格與品牌一致。
5. 具數據分析能力,能將數據洞察轉化為具體優化策略。
6. 具良好溝通與專案管理能力,能有效推動跨部門合作與落地執行。
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; background in F&B, retail, or O2O industries preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and algorithms, with proven ability to independently plan and execute multi-platform campaigns.
3. Excellent copywriting and creative skills, with a track record of producing highly engaging and conversion-driven content.
4. Strong visual and brand sense, ensuring content aligns with brand identity and tone.
5. Proficient in social media data analysis and applying insights to refine strategies.
6. Strong communication and project management skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration and execution.
〈加分條件/Preferred Qualifications〉
1. 熟悉影音內容操作,具備基礎拍攝、剪輯或設計工具(如 CapCut、Canva、Premiere)操作經驗。
2. 有廣告投放操作或社群商務合作經驗,能優化資源投入效益。
3. 曾規劃或執行大型 UGC / KOL 合作專案者佳。
4. 具備新人培訓或初階團隊帶領經驗尤佳。
1. Experience in video production, editing, or design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere).
2. Experience in digital advertising or social media partnership campaigns, with proven ability to optimize ROI.
3. Hands-on experience in large-scale UGC or KOL collaboration projects.
4. Prior experience in mentoring juniors or leading small teams is a strong plus.
