    職責要求 Inspection, auditing and surveillance services to monitor and report on current manufacturing and quality processes at various Contract Manufacturer’s (CM’s) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODM). Surveillance efforts will also include inspections and functional quality reviews to ensure compliance and execution of the Product Quality Plan, and to approve manufactured items completed and presented for Customer acceptance, which will include printed wiring assemblies, Injected molded plastics, aluminum pressure castings, and top level assembly unit box builds. The Quality Specialist will provide source inspection support at our suppliers in the South East Asia Region- Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Taiwan. The Quality Specialist will use their formal IPC-A-610 training and experience to inspect solder and general workmanship to the requirements of IPC-A-610. They will verify specific components for proper identification by comparing component markings to the applicable Bill of Material as well as proper component placement and polarity. They will perform surveillance audits for the following processes and protocols: 1. ESD prevention 2. Calibration and Metrology 3. Counterfeit Part Prevention 4. Expired Material Prevention and audits 5. Yield reporting and Process Improvement efforts (RCA, Lean, Six Sigma) 6. Critical Process Controls (SMT Solder Paste Deposition, Temperature and Humidity Controls) 7. Rework, Non-Conformances and Scrap – Offline Material, MRB 8. Reliability Testing reporting, and monitoring (ALT, ORT) 9. RMA Processing and Service Matrix (ECO Implementation) The Quality Specialist will also review AS9102 First Article Reports prepared by the Contract Manufacturer. They will take direction from Customer’s Quality Assurance department, and will interface with designated points of contact at 3rd party Contract Manufacturers, ODM’s and sub-tier Suppliers. Utilizing their Product Quality and Manufacturing Process expertise, they will compare the products with released Engineering drawings, Purchase Orders (POs) and other contractual requirements as specified by Operations, Quality and Engineering. They will check for quality workmanship according to published manufacturing standards. Customer will rely on them to suggest ways in which the quality of products could be improved and provide written reports of Source Inspection results to management. In addition, they will conduct quality audits and surveys. They will also initiate and address corrective and preventive actions when non-conformances are noted in Customer products or the processes used to produce Customer products.
