●Lead annual salary review governance, including guidelines, modeling, and calibration.
●Conduct compensation benchmarking studies (Mercer, WTW).
●Develop compensation analytics and reporting (compa-ratio, range penetration, cost analysis).
●Contribute to global payroll governance and cross-region coordination to ensure compliance and alignment.
●Drive ESG-related compensation governance in line with corporate governance standards.
