1. Assist the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. Ensuring the standards and policy of Shangri-La Taipei is followed
2. Train, organize, and lead all housekeeping colleagues, enhancing service quality and professional skills.
3. Ensure the Guest History database is organized and maintained consistently.
4. Ensure our customer‘s receive the highest level of Customer Delight, and accommodate guest requests and ensure that the guest‘s expectations are exceeded.
5. Manage and plan housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring the Housekeeping Department operate smoothly.
6. Professionally handle guest issues while providing effective solution and ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
8. Fluent in both verbal & written English and Chinese.
