Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership:
• Provide clear direction during bi-weekly sales meetings focused on account growth and performance.
• Maintain high responsiveness via email, phone, and Teams to support day-to-day inquiries.
• Ensure sales team supports IS and delivers excellent customer service.
Manufacturer Representative Oversight:
• Lead monthly meetings with reps to align on strategy and performance.
• Review and submit commission statements.
• Respond to daily inquiries regarding product, quality, compliance, pricing, and lead times.
Account Management & Escalations:
• Act as escalation point for major account issues (shortages, late deliveries, etc.).
• Support AR team with overdue accounts.
• Coordinate annual bid negotiations with customers and factories.
• Submit and manage RFQs; develop pricing strategies and conduct competitive analysis.
• Lead compliance and quality-related documentation (e.g., RoHS, CMRT, PPAPs).
• Generate and present sales and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Explore and onboard new Manufacturer Reps and distributors.
Marketing & Promotion:
• Identify and coordinate participation in trade shows.
• Seek and execute marketing opportunities via online distributors and industry publications.
Reporting & Analytics:
• Prepare regular reports for WTC, including:
o TTL IBD (monthly), BB (weekly), QBR, GKA, TAM/SAM, NBD (monthly/quarterly)
• Handle frequent data manipulation requests from global and internal teams.
Sales Budgeting:
• Develop and manage various budget types:
o Accounting, realistic (KPI-based), internal, and optimistic targets.
• Lead sales operation planning for the KI division.
