業務經理/業務總監 – 深圳 (Sales Manager – Shenzhen of China):
職責(responsibilities):

1. 從事銷售業務和相關的工作包含開發客戶、公司介紹和產品說明、客戶需求、建議書、報價、標案、客戶關係、等等,以及和內部其他部門聯繫合作,以即時回應客戶需求。
2. 領導銷售團隊及制定銷售計劃、銷售策略、年度目標、部門預算、危機處裡等等。
3. 各項業務文件製作管理,例如: 公司產品簡介、方案建議書、報價單、合約、規格書、標案文件、出貨文件、請款單、發票等等。
4. 定期拜訪客戶,維繫穩定客戶關係。
5. 開發潛在客戶拓展市場,業務接洽(如: 電訪、拜訪),產品報價及產品展示等。確認客戶需求、交貨期、驗收和帳款事宜。
6. 定期提供各項業務銷售狀況報表,如週報、月報、季報,以供公司高層參考。
7. 參加國內外商展,支援行銷活動(如:展覽、廣告、會議)。
要求(requirements):
•專科以上學位。不限主修專業,但是商務、市場相關科系優先,其他專業如工程、語言文學、藝術、設計…., 都開放。
•有總共6年以上業務經驗。有管理經驗者佳。
•有2年以上汽車行業、軌道交通行業工作經驗。
•有以下公司產品工作經驗或是了解或使用過這些產品者佳: HUD/AR-HUD產品, ADAS和演算法, 穿戴式AR眼鏡, 光學產品或混合現實產品。
•溝通能力強、能夠和內部其他部門、客戶及供應商維持良好關係。有團隊合作精神、忠誠度優先、並能夠在業務壓力下作業獨立完成工作。
•英文聽說寫流利者優先考慮。
•常需要因公務而出差,本職位辦公地點是在深圳龍崗區坂田辦公室。
Job Description of Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
• To do all sales activities including customers development, introduce company and product, customer requirements, proposal, pricing, tender, customers relationship, etc. And communicate/co-work with other internal departments to reply customers’ needs in time. team work and loyalty.
• To make sales plan, sales strategy, year target, department budgeting, risk control, etc.
• To help to make and manage various Sales and Marketing documents, for example, presentation of company and Product introduction, quotation, contract, Specifications, tender document, shipment list, Invoices, …, and etc. If necessary, you will be required to work onside in customers side.
• Visit customers from time to time to maintain relationships.
• Support exhibitions, conference, trade shows, and Advertisement, and also participate in planning and coordinate marketing activities.
• To provide various sales status reports including weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly report to management.
• To develope the prospects and customers, and expand the market segments. Sales calls, for example, phone calls and visit, and pricing and presentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree is MUST, and degree in business, marketing or related fields is preferred, however the position is opened for all major including engineering, arts, languages,..., etc.
•6 years‘ related experience of Sales is required.
•2 years‘ Experience of working with Automotive industry and Railroad industry is Must.
•Experience with companies of AR-HUD product, ADAS and Algorithms, wearable AR-glasses, Optical products and/or XR software and hardware product is a plus.
•Experience with creating a Sales campaign, and Sales plan.
• Advanced communication skills、able to keep good relationship with customers、team work person and can work independent under sales pressure.
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Business Traveling is required from time to time and you shall work in our Shenzhen office.
