1. Establishing store operating procedures and motoring store executions.
2. Cross department communication to resolve store issues.
3. Store Bulletin and OPS related meeting arrangement, including Show & Tell, Commercial Meeting, SM Road Show, SM Summit, Health and Beauty Professional Summit, etc.
4. Store Reporting design and made, including manual reports, BO reports, Power BI reports and auto reports.
5. Lead or involve and manage store related projects and O+O projects, including request and discuss/design system functions and checkout flows, set up operation processes, etc.
6. Store non-trade products procurement, such as plastic shopping bags, price tags, copy papers, etc.
7. Lead and manage two different function teams.
