4. 報價與DLP:依 DLP 折扣護欄走『Price Walk』,於例外時提報 ROI。
5. 樣品→轉量 Gate 推進:依 Gate KPI 看板推進 G0–G4,消除紅燈。
6. Pipeline 管理:維護 CRM(專案階段、金額、轉量機會與風險)。
7. 商務談判:付款條件、交期與售後條款協議。
8. 回款與合規:配合里程碑請款、遵循合規與稽核要求。
9.月報:提交 GM Bridge 與關鍵專案更新。

1. Market development: execute prospecting cadence against the Top-20 vertical list.
2. Opportunity capture: complete RFQ/NDA/vendor onboarding and bid documentation.
3. Pre‑sales teaming with PM/RD/FAE to define specs, fixtures and sample timeline.
4. Quoting with DLP guardrails via Price Walk; submit ROI for exceptions.
5. Drive G0–G4 progress per Gate KPI board; clear red flags.
6. Pipeline hygiene in CRM: stages, value, conversion odds, risks.
7. Commercial negotiation: payment, lead time, after‑sales terms.
8. Billing & compliance: milestone billing and compliance/audit adherence.
9. Monthly report: GM bridge and key project updates.
