【主要工作內容】
1.項目管理
★協助學習中心完成國際大學預科認證流程
★監督國際大學預科年(IFY)項目的交付和管理,確保與NCUK標準和目標的一致性。
★與教學人員協調,以確保課程的有效實施。
2.學術領導
★為教學人員提供領導和支持,促進合作和高效的學術環境。
★指導和發展教職員,提高其教學技能和專業成長。
3.質量保證
★監控和評估教學和學習的質量,根據需要實施改進措施。
★確保遵循NCUK的質量保證流程和標準。
4.學生支持
★制定和實施學生支持和參與的策略,確保其學業成功。
★處理學生的疑慮和反饋,以增強其學習體驗。
5.課程發展
★與NCUK合作,根據行業趨勢和教育最佳實踐來調整和開發課程。
★審查和更新課程材料,以保持其相關性和有效性。
6.評估和評價

【特殊條件】
1.碩士或同等學歷的學術資格,或相關專業資格。
2.至少五年的相關教學經驗與教育管理經驗。
3.理解英國/西方高等教育及國際學生需求和要求。
4.具備國際環境中高等教育的經驗。
5.對國際預科資格的理解和經驗。
6.具備學術評估和標準及質量保證程序的經驗。
7.熟悉美加英澳紐高等教育模式。
8.學術資格開發的經驗。

1.Program Management
★Oversee the delivery and administration of the IFY program, ensuring alignment with NCUK standards and objectives.
★Coordinate with academic staff to ensure the curriculum is effectively implemented.
2.Academic Leadership
★Provide leadership and support to teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance academic environment.
★Mentor and develop staff to enhance their teaching skills and professional growth.
3.Quality Assurance
★Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, implementing improvements as necessary.
★Ensure compliance with NCUK’s quality assurance processes and standards.
4.Student Support
★Develop and implement strategies for student support and engagement, ensuring their academic success.
★Address student concerns and feedback to enhance their learning experience.
5.Curriculum Development
★Collaborate with NCUK to adapt and develop the curriculum based on industry trends and educational best practices.
★Review and update course materials to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
6.Assessment and Evaluation
★Oversee the assessment processes, ensuring fair and accurate evaluations of student performance.
★Analyze assessment results to inform curriculum improvements and teaching strategies.
7.Stakeholder Collaboration
★Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including NCUK, to ensure program alignment and effectiveness.
★Represent the institution at meetings, conferences, and other events related to the IFY program.
8.Strategic Planning
★Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the IFY program in line with institutional goals.
★Identify opportunities for growth and development within the program.
9.Financial Management
★Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the IFY program, ensuring efficient use of resources.
★Monitor financial performance and provide reports as required.
10.Professional Development
★Stay updated with trends in higher education and international student needs, integrating this knowledge into program development.
★Encourage continuous professional development for academic staff.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Academic qualification at post-graduate or equivalent level or relevant professional qualifications (Essential).
2. Relevant teaching experience. (Essential). Normally a minimum of five years teaching experience.
3. Education management experience (Essential). Normally a minimum of five years education management experience.
4. An understanding of UK/Western higher education and the needs and requirements of international students (Essential).
5. Direct experience of higher education in an international context (Essential).
6. An understanding and experience of International Foundation Qualifications (Essential). 7. Experience of academic assessment and standards and of quality assurance procedures (Desirable).
8. Specific experience of education in (Desirable).
9. Experience of the development of academic qualifications (Desirable).
10. An understanding and appreciation of private sector education (Desirable).
