1. 銷售與客戶互動
o 推廣並銷售汽車維修設備、工具及相關產品給經銷商、汽修廠和服務中心。
o 開發並維護新老客戶關係,了解其業務需求與挑戰。
o 進行產品展示與技術演示,突出設備特性與優勢。
2. 市場拓展
o 識別潛在客戶並建立與汽車維修行業的聯繫。
o 分析市場趨勢和競爭對手產品,制定有效銷售策略。
3. 產品知識與支持
o 持續更新對最新汽車維修設備與技術的了解。
o 為客戶提供設備使用及維護的技術建議與培訓。
4. 銷售報告與目標實現
o 達成公司制定的每月及每年銷售目標。
o 提交銷售活動報告、客戶反饋與市場分析給公司。
5. 售後支持
o 與服務團隊協作,確保設備及時交付、安裝與維護。
o 快速解決客戶疑慮,確保客戶滿意度。
任職要求
1. 學歷
o 專科以上學歷,汽車修護、機械工程、電機工程或相關領域背景
2. 經驗
o 至少2年銷售經驗,有汽修設備或工具銷售經驗者優先。
o 熟悉汽車維修流程及車間運作者尤佳。
3. 技能
o 優秀的溝通、談判及人際交往能力。
o 對汽車維修設備有技術理解能力。
o 獨立解決問題能力強。
o 英文讀寫能力。
o 具有經銷商開發與管理經驗佳。

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Repair Equipment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive repair processes and equipment, combined with excellent sales and customer service skills. This position focuses on managing the performance and products of automotive equipment (e.g., alignment machines, tire changers, balancers, body repair equipment, and vehicle inspection systems) while providing technical support, selection advice, after-sales service, and training to distributors and direct customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
o Promote and sell automotive repair equipment, tools, and related products to distributors, repair shops, dealerships, and service centers.
o Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
o Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase equipment features and benefits.
2. Market Development
o Identify potential clients and establish connections within the automotive repair industry.
o Analyze market trends and competitor products to develop effective sales strategies.
3. Product Knowledge & Support
o Continuously update knowledge on the latest automotive repair equipment and technologies.
o Provide technical advice and training to clients regarding equipment usage and maintenance.
4. Sales Reporting & Goal Achievement
o Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
o Submit sales activity reports, client feedback, and market analysis to the company.
5. Post-Sales Support
o Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of equipment.
o Quickly resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
• Education
o Associate degree or higher in automotive repair, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
• Experience
o At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive equipment or tools.
o Familiarity with automotive repair processes and workshop operations is preferred.
• Skills
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Technical understanding of automotive repair equipment.
o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
o Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
o Experience in distributor development and management is a plus.
