o Develop Safety plan and manage the execution and improvement process of the plan, continual improve project safety and construction management system in LLH.
o Solidify and Improve the Safety culture within project and related teams.
o Ensure Group SHEQ policy and local regulations and licensing to be fully followed up by each project.
o Provide management, support and develop skill of the project safety team in each project.
o Develop and agree strategic plans, programmes and performance measures with the Head of project development & execution to develop project safety management system, supervise and implement safety control for project execution, ensure zero incident in project sites;
o Ensure all projects follow the Project Safety Reviews and Stage Gates required by LLH execution policy
o Track and manage project safety KPIs.
o Assess and approve the construction plan, ensure high risk construction work can be well managed
o Ensure that contractors adhere to the PTW system especially during construction, commissioning and start up activities
o Collect and file relevant safety documents, to support project application, execution and handover.
o All incidents are reported, recorded and investigated in accordance with group requirements. Develop LLH project safety management plan, ensure project construction work to be executed in good safe condition and good safe method.
o Develop and execute inspection, audit and risk assessment programme to identify hazard and evaluate risk, and monitor corrective action taken
o Ensure that all customer projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget. Develop appropriate tools to ensure that progress against each of these objectives is reported.
o Provides guidance to safety team in order to finalize solutions which are cost effective, technically sound and competitive in the market
o Support hazard evaluation for each site and to ensure a valid license on going be maintained
o Ensure Customer Complaints are properly handled by close working with related functions. Identify any trend and initiate promotion for prevention.
