    國軍高雄總醫院屏東分院 護理科護理督導長(儲備徵選)招募簡章 一、職務：民聘四等護理督導長(需求人數1名) (一)工作內容： 1.擔任主任之職務代理人。 2.協助主任領導所屬人員致力於業務之推展。 3.參與護理科宗旨、目標、政策計畫及標準之制定。 4.參與擬訂及修正護理科短、中、長程計畫。 5.督導單位擬定行政、品管及教學小組年度工作目標、計劃及施行細則。 6.督導及稽核行政、品管及教澩業務之推展，並協助解決單位內護理業務問題。 7.定期修訂護理科行政業務手册。 8.負責外包作業合約之審查(含：洗衣、清潔合約、伙食合約等）。 9.負責護理人員文聘任（招募、甄選）、晉开、調派、輪調制度及交叉訓練等事宜。 10.負責護理人員之獎懲及年度考核等事宜。 11.負責護理人員假卡之簽核，並管制及統計各單位護理人員之休假。 12.規劃護理人才之培養。 13.負責推動各單位病人安全活動（含專案改善小組、品管圈、TRM等）之進及競賽。 14.參與全院醫療品質審查會，並協助 TCPI 與 THIS 資料之收集、整理與分析。 15.負責護理科各單位異常事件改善做為及執行成效。 16.督導各單位衛材管控作業及醫材、醫裝之品質審查。 17.負責護理科各項資料之統計與分析，如：護理時數月報表等。 18.督導各單位在職教育執行進度。 19.配合能力進階制度安排護理人員交叉訓練。 20.協助護理資訊系統之開發與建置，掌握資訊科技之護理臨床應用。 21.評估及規劃護理人員福利事宜。 (二)需求條件： 條件限制： 　1.學歷：大學(含)以上畢業，碩士尤佳。 2.證照：具護士、護理師證書。 (三)薪資福利說明： 1.月薪：民聘四等52,760元。(每月管理獎金另計) 註1：本院為勞動基準法第30條之1規定得採行4週彈性工時制度的行業，延長工時皆以勞基法核給加班費。 註2：年度任職實滿1年且年度考成乙等以上者，於次年1月1日得晉支薪級一級，達12級薪資為65,400元。 2.一般福利：依勞基法規核給。 3.新進員工福利：特殊高階健康檢查、生日禮卷、三節禮品(卷)、三節福利金、年終(1.5個月)、就醫及住院優免，各項津貼依院方規定。 4.特殊福利：比照軍公教人員，核予特休假-休假補助費每日約1,600元、員工年度健檢，另颱風天出勤額外給付日工資並可申請車資補助。 二、公告及報名截止時間： (一)報名期限：將視履歷收集狀況截止報名。 (二)筆、面試日期：將以MAIL及簡訊通知。 (三)錄取通知：錄取及備取者以MAIL及簡訊通知。 三、報名應檢附資料： (一)履歷表、自傳。(依本院【履歷暨員工基本資料表】填寫) (二)國民身份證影本。 (三)學歷、相關證書。 (四)若具原住民或身心障礙資格者請檢附相關證明文件影本 　　 *書面資料經初審合格者可參與第二階段面試，不合格者恕不退件及函復。 以上彙整資料請以電子檔Mail至：bgh0820820@gmail.com或以郵寄(限時掛號)：屏東縣屏東市大湖路58巷22號醫行室人事陳小姐收，請註明應徵職缺名稱，聯絡專線：08-7560752。 四、考試項目：筆試、口試。 五、錄取標準： (一)無招考最低人數限制，惟總成績未達60分以上不予錄取，缺考項目以零分計算。 (二)成績依百分比計算後加總最高分者錄取，如總成績相同則依序以筆試得分決定錄取優先順序(惟應考人員均不適當，本院得予從缺)，未錄取者不另行通知。備取者係於此次招考作業，正取放棄錄用資格時，實施遞補。
