    Position: Principal/Senior Manger, ICQA The Principal, ICQA has a dual focus: one part is strong in analytical and research-based tasks, specifically looking at inventory levels and diving deep into discrepancies, while the Quality Assurance section evaluates how well we adhere to our internal processes. We are looking for a technical leader who can grasp complex processes, utilize large data sets to identify root causes of problems, and be hands-on to validate assumptions. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with strong experience in ICQA within a high-volume, customer-focused fulfillment environment. Analysis and research, process improvement, and the introduction of new technology will be key focus areas for the role holder. What You Will Do Lead the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance analytical efforts. Monitor existing KPIs regarding the accuracy and integrity of Quality and Inventory transactions; provide feedback to the Operations team where necessary, and build new KPIs where gaps are identified. Design and implement new ICQA processes and procedures to elevate inventory accuracy across Coupang-operated facilities and vendor-managed buildings. Drive scalable process improvement solutions that can be replicated across multiple sites. Build and manage internal relationships at a senior level, including with Operations and Finance units. Develop and execute action plans for increasing quality, inventory accuracy, and service satisfaction. Qualifications An inspiring leader who has held a senior position within ICQA, ideally in an e-commerce fulfillment environment (offline retail will also be considered). A subject matter expert in Inventory Control with prior experience working with WMS. Strong operational experience in a fulfillment environment. Agile and able to quickly adapt strategies and plans to come up with innovative solutions in response to dynamic business requirements. Comfortable communicating across different functional teams, from finance to operations to software development, and influencing across all levels, from associates to the CEO. Be familiar with high speed circuits, layout guide and EMC suppressor components. 2. Be familiar with automotive EMC standard like CISPR 25, ISO11452-2. 3. Experience in EMC design and trouble shooting. 4. Attend product design review including ME stacking, schematics and PCB layout. 5. Make EMC validation test plan and report. 6. Communicate with 3rd party lab and client for the test plan and validation cost evaluation. 7. Analyze product EMC issues. 8.
