We are looking for a Website Assistant Manager to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven strategies. This role involves managing website platforms, executing targeted campaigns, analyzing customer data, and optimizing customer journeys. The ideal candidate should have experience with digital tools (e.g., Adobe experience), strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Website Platform Proficiency: Experience with website systems (e.g., Adobe Experience, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ) and a strong ability to navigate, customize, and optimize these platforms.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data, create segmentation strategies, and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
3. Customer Segmentation and Journey Mapping: Ability to segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history, and to map customer journeys for targeted marketing efforts.
4. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing techniques including email marketing, social media integration, and automation to drive customer engagement and retention.
5. Campaign Management : Experience in designing, executing, and monitoring multichannel website digital AI + LLM API campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
6. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, MIS, and other cross-functional teams.
7. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, SQL, or other relevant technical skills to manage data extraction, integration, or system troubleshooting.
8. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.
