Please note: This is an entry level position.
Job Descriptions:
1. Manage incoming and outgoing e-mails, mostly the manufacturers and overseas clients.
2. Deal with an inquiry, price offer, order sheets and also the customs declaration & clearance.
3. Assist the English contract passing to other departments.
4. Support the overseas exhibitions, greet the foreign visitors and ensure the positive image of the company.
5. Arrange meetings and appointments, take the minutes, follow up the progress or resolution.
6. Undertake occasional tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree above, Major in English would be preferable.
2. 3 years’ experience as a secretary or assistant is required.
3. Excellent reading and writing skills in English.
4. Highly patience, carefulness and able to be responsible for works.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and file management.
6. Proactive.

To assist our relevant departments, you need to maintain current suppliers and may develop new manufacturers and clients, passing the contracts and information.
You will arrange meetings and appointments, take the minutes, follow up the progress or resolution. That’s why your proficiency in MS office is needed which can help you done these independently.
Occasionally, we need you to support the overseas exhibitions or greet the foreign visitors. Your verbal communication skill and responsibility will ensure the positive image of our company.
