Through auditing the Coupang catalog, we identify defects that could lead to a poor customer experience and resolve them through communication with relevant departments to ensure correction. What you will do - Lead the team to complete product information management tasks (planning, training, process establishment, project tracking, achieving project goals, etc.). - Lead approximately 10 contract staff based on project requirements, manage progress, and allocate tasks. - Manage personnel scheduling and communication based on priority and case volume. - Manage other tasks assigned by supervisors. Position :Principal, Compliance (Environment) Team Description: Environment Compliance team is responsible for ensure adhering to laws, regulations, and standards that protect the environment, ensuring sustainable practices and mitigating risks. including (i) onsite audit, (ii) compliance performance monitoring, (iii) KPI tracking, and (iv) risk assessment over escalated environment issues, (v) Remediation the identified risks with stakeholders. What are the 4 things you need this person to do? 1. Compliance Management: - Oversee and ensure that the Company‘s business activities comply with all environmental regulations, policies and standards. - Regularly evaluate and update the company‘s environmental compliance program to ensure compliance with the latest changes in local and international regulations. - Track and report all changes in environmental regulations and assist the company in making adjustments during the compliance process. 2. Environmental Audits and Assessments: - Design and implement an internal environmental review program to identify and assess potential environmental risks and issues. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that company activities, facilities and products comply with environmental protection standards. 3. Continuous Improvement: - Identify and promote best practices in environmental compliance processes to continuously improve environmental compliance. 4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Education: - Provide training on environmental compliance to increase employee awareness of environmental protection and regulatory compliance. Essential Qualifications: 1. Bachelor‘s degree or higher 2. Approximately 5 years or more of Environment/ESG work experience 3. A person who is interested in on-site audits and finds work rewarding 4. Familiar with local and international environmental regulations, standards and guidelines (e.g. ISO 14001, REACH, RoHS, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: 1. Professional qualifications in environmental management (e.g. Environmental Compliance Management Certificate, Environmental Engineer, etc.) are preferred. 2. Experience in handling complex environmental issues and coordinating with multiple parties is a plus. 3. The Catalog operation Manager will be responsible of leading team to support selection onboarding operations and troubleshooting issue management regarding global catalog management. What you‘ll do : Collaborate with stakeholders to define opportunities, plan, and execute processes to optimize catalog update schemes and drive efficiencies. Manage good catalog quality and collaborate with the Headcount allocation, Catalog Operations, and Tools and Systems teams to improve the catalog update scheme. Identify and troubleshoot catalogue issues. Deep dive and resolve bottlenecks in teams. Recruit team members, provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to achieve KPI goals. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in roles related to operations, catalog quality management, SOP establishment and process improvement programs, responsibility for operational processes. 3+ years of experience in leading change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across many teams. Knowledge of English and Korean - the role will work with English-speaking senior leadership and partners. Strong skills in managing projects from inception to completion, with demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams to deliver results within time constraints and with strong focus on accuracy and details. Experience in conducting hands-on deep dives into issues, identifying root causes, and proposing practical solutions; ability to synthesize information quickly, extract key insights, and present insights to director-level stakeholders or higher. Demonstrated top-class people management skills, ability to mentor and guide team members, experience of building teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with and influence various internal and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in efficiently managing teams and demonstrating leadership to imporve performance. Experience in online platforms, SOP definition, defects detection, process tuning with automation. Basic experience and understanding of data management and through data analysis, driving the optimization for process.
