The role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing consumer data and market research to provide valuable insights into consumer preferences and product development in Taiwan.
Main Accountabilities:
• Daily monitor VOS (voice of staff) /VOC (voice of customers) to provide consumer insight and improve the product or service.
• Leverage research data including customer survey, and brand research to proactively identify business opportunities to act upon these opportunities.
• Create understandable reports by providing a clear picture on company’s performance and help related departments to develop long-term strategies.
• Manage external agencies for the execution of research projects.
• Work with global Customer Center team, Marketing team, Merchandising team, and E-Commerce team closely to provide consumer insight and data analysis.
