Act as the liaison between Product Management, SMEs and CRO’s development team. • Demonstrate Agile Team progress by showcasing completed User Stories for evaluation during sprint and system demos. Ensure the frequent, reliable, and continuous release of value-added solutions. • Communicate Product delivery risks (regulatory or other), operational deviations including summary root cause, and CAPA metrics to Product Management as necessary. • Support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Engineering Director in the production of metrics and KPIs to ensure the Product Increment or release is on the track.

The Product Owner is a product knowledge expert that directs and manages all team level requirement elaboration activities related to the delivery of Products (or Services).
