1. Customer Quality Service Engineer
• Handle customer quality issues, implement customer quality requirements
• Lead customer audits, meetings, and quality reports
2. Quality Management Specialist
• Establish and manage the company’s document control system (e.g., document confidentiality, creation, revision, obsolescence management)
3. Quality Assurance Engineer (QE + QS)
• Quality Management System: Establish and maintain quality systems to fulfill customer requirements and maintain international certifications (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IECQ QC080000).
• Supplier Quality Management: Supplier qualification, quality monitoring, handling nonconformities, regular audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manufacturing Quality Supervision: Implement and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC), monitor production environment, conduct process audits, maintain Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and manage engineering changes.
