OB skin team- brand & product management
1. Identify skincare market trend and business opportunities;
2. Develop and execution of brand strategy and management;
3. Based on market trend or consumer insight to develop NPD with local and regional teams, including planning for product positioning and pricing; manage product portfolio and implement new product launches
4. Leading a comprehensive brand/product strategy to drive effective messaging and marketing communication
5. Capability to manage intense promotion planning and execution schedule/stock management, fcst. and related administration
6. Responsible for sales tracking and biz. analytics to form plans and optimize execution results
7. Collaborate with related dept., lead projects and deliver results
