2. 簿記和零用錢管理: 負責精確的簿記工作,協助管理零用錢,確保財務運作有效。
3. 銀行存匯取款,稅務申報等各項承辦業務對接。
4. 人事差勤記錄與薪資處理 (含勞健保勞退異動申請)
5. 協助安排行程,處理雜事和購買物資,確保辦公室運作井然有序。
6. 負責保持辦公室的整潔,提供舒適的工作環境。
7. 接待來賓,可能包括泡咖啡或茶等。
8. 配合業務行政之工作分擔,以及撰寫會議記錄等
9. 其他主管交辦事項

[Job Responsibilities included but not limited to]
1. Contact coordination, data typing and printing, scanning, data entry, and organizing important documents to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Responsible for accurate bookkeeping, assisting in petty cash management to ensure effective financial operations.
3. Various tasks such as bank deposits and withdrawals, tax filing, etc.
4. Employee attendance recording and payroll processing (including labor insurance, health insurance, and labor retirement application).
5. Assist in scheduling, handling errands, purchasing supplies, and ensuring the orderly operation of the office.
6. Responsible for maintaining office cleanliness and providing a comfortable working environment.
7. Reception of guests, which may include making coffee or tea.
8. Assist in sales administrative tasks and write meeting minutes as needed
9. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
