To analyze overseas office financial performance and provide financial recommendation for decision support. To conduct financial audit and drive process improvement.
Key Responsibilities but not limited:
1. Review monthly financial statements of overseas offices
2. Analyze financial data and create financial models for Management decision support
3. Conduct required financial audit of designated overseas offices
4. Plan financial audits by understanding organization structure, policy & procedure, processes, internal controls, and external regulations
5. Identify inadequate, inefficient, or ineffective internal controls and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
6. Work with GFC to develop new standards of practice in order to increase accounting accuracy and integrity
7. Complete other ad-hoc work assigned
Qualifications:
1. Minimum five years working experience in related financial analysis or financial audit job functions
2. Fluent oral communication, reading and writing skill in English are essential
3. Good at Excel formula functions and with general ERP knowledge
4. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and willing to accept Management ad-hoc requests
5. Self-motivation, determination and attentive to details
6. Analytical and critical thinking with strong business acumen
7. Able to travel overseas as needed
8. Bachelor degree or above with major in accounting or finance
9. Big4 accounting trained preferred; ACCA\CIPCPA\AICPA preferred
